“Last winter my heat suddenly stopped working. I wasn't sure who to call and a friend recommended AireCare. I'm so happy that she did. The guys came out right away and within minutes had the issue resolved. Our unit was 20+ years old and I was interested in getting a quote for something new. Jeff and Josh took the time to explain to me about different units and understand what my heating/cooling needs were. Based on this information, they gave me multiple quotes on units that would fit my needs. Their prices were great and I never felt pushed to do something I wasn't comfortable with doing. About eight years ago, they replaced an old oil fueled furnace with a dual fuel propane backed heat pump. In the course of the job, Jeff discovered an issue with the duct system that once fixed, caused the whole system to be much more efficient.
