Question:Do I have to have a service contract to keep my system serviced?

No, in fact we don't sell service contracts because in most cases they are not worth the paper they are written on. We remind you 2 times per year that it's time for service and it's up to you and your schedule and budget. We do offer discounts to "regular" customers but we don't want your money up front. Our prices are reasonable enough that you end up paying less for your 2 seasonal service's without a contract.

Question:What if I have a problem before I am scheduled for service?

No problem, just give us a call and we will make it a priority and take care of the regular service at the same time. When we come out for a problem, "We don't just fix the problem..we look for solutions". We go over the system completely on each and every service call.

Question:Do I need filters or will you bring them?

There are so many sizes and types of filters that we can't stock them all however, we will bring them if you let us know what size you need. After you become a regular customer, we will have record of your filters so all you have to do is tell us to bring them..you don't have to remember the size.

Question:Are you going to try and sell me a new system?

We are consumers too and do not sell what you don't need. If your system is in serious trouble we will bring it to your attention and help you make the right decision. If your system needs parts replaced, we will let you know what we have found and answer your questions. If it can wait....we will note our service ticket and remind you next service that something needs attention. We will do all we can to eliminate a call back so if we think it is serious enough we are going to inform you and help you make the choice. In the end..It's your call.

Question:What if I have an afterhours call..will I get an answering machine?

If we are not in the office, all calls are forwarded to our cell phones which we answer from 6:00 am up until 8:00 pm every day of the year. It may go to voice mail if we are helping another customer or have poor cell service but we are also available by email or text. There is no way you are not going to reach us.
